Key Responsibilities
Strategic:
Booking of all Administration related invoices in the system.
Making all bank payments.
To ensure that IT assessments are conducted as per the law and efforts taken for expediting the refund.
To present relevant facts to the IT authorities as per their Notice and requirements from time to time.
Timely preparation of Bank Guarantees
Timely reconciliation of Administration Vendors.
To check and approve all administration related suppliers file.
Active participation in Statutory Audit.
General Accounting
To ensure smooth booking of Administration bills including retainers on time and forwarded for payments within 72 hours of receipt of such bills. This includes ensuring compliance of contractual obligations.
To provide all the schedules to statutory auditors on time.
To ensure the reconciliation of all the banks on a monthly basis.
To follow up with Employees for Staff imprest outstanding.

Measurement / KPI’s of the role
Timely deposit of TDS on a monthly basis.
The timely filing of Quarterly TDS Return.
The timely filing of Annual Return.
Conducting of Tax Audit.
Coordinating with the Tax Consultant for an early refund of Tax.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements
Essential:
Basic Commerce Degree / Post Graduate from the University of repute from India
Good communication in Written and spoken English and Hindi required.
Exposure to IT business software (ERP)
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 3- 5 years successful track record in the aforesaid areas in a company having a turnover of about 200 MINR.
Should have the ability to get along with the team and should be highly flexible.
