Purpose of the Job:
  • The incumbent will be responsible to manage deal flow from inception of opportunity till profitable order is secured and handed over to project management, for Steam Turbine, Boiler, ESP, BOP, Solar, Electrical works, Civil works, Ash handling, FGD, Waste to energy.

Mission

Objectives and Responsibility:

  • Develop business forecast & Budget for financial year. Achieve forecasted budget with development of pipeline of opportunities so as to achieve the targets.
  • Update Sales Lead timely on the changes in Forecast & Budget.
  • Align and engage with promoter’s sales and BD strategies.
  • Relationship building with the customer and play an active role in further expanding the business beyond its current activities.
  • Owner of opportunity from inception of opportunity till order is secured and handed over for execution. Main activities include but not limited to timely preparation of proposals/bids, drive competitive pricing, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
  • Manage deal reviews, proposals related toFGD, Waste to energy, ESP, Electrical works, Civil works, Ash handling, BOP. This individual will work closely with cross functional teams to develop the most effective customer solution.
  • Individual will have responsibility to manage risk profile for various deals.
  • Adhere and promote set process, guidelines and KPIs. Actively participate toward process simplification ideas.
  • Own proposal process and strategy development process
  • Ensure Zero Deviation on Ethics & Compliance.
Job Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Science/Engineering/Commerce degree from an accredited university or college
  • Full time MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute
  • 10-12years of experience in marketingactivities, working independently, in Infrastructure/Processindustry
Knowledge and Experience
  • Good understanding of sales and commercial terms and conditions
  • Excellent team player and adaptable to cross-functional environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and facilitation skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage and understand financial analysis, risk, tax and legal/contractual principles
  • Ability to develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, and proposals and strong executive presentation skills
  • First-class influencing skills and the ability to get support for ideas from a diverse group of individuals – integrative team working style.
