Purpose of the Job:

• Sourcing of total project requirements, cost estimation, Vendor development/registration, Development of project sourcing plans, Cost effective procurement, negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• • • Sourcing for total project requirement for Project related to Turbine & ESP, boiler, AHP, FGD etc.
  • • Cost estimation, New vendor development, Cost savings due to negotiations, on time delivery.
  • EHS: – To contribute for EHS in relation with EHS policy & procedures.
  • • Co-ordinate Supply Chain activities with Project Team and Product lines of Promoter’s organisation inline with Customers requirement

Accountabilities

Direct : Project team, Tendering team, Planning team
Indirect : All other functions

Measurement

• On time PO placement
• On time delivery (Quantity and value wise)
• Cost savings
• Vendor development/listing
• Cost input for sales & tendering
• Supply Chain process compliance
• Vender managment
• Alignment and consistency with promoters Supply Chain activities
• Commercial negotiation
