Purpose of the Job Company takes large value contracts in the area of Operation & Maintenance, Renovation and Modernization, Engineering Procurement Construction etc. Job entails detailed review from tender leading to sign-up of Contract and administration of same after securing the contract till the contract is fully executed. |
Mission |
Objectives and Responsibility:
The successful candidate will do detailed review of Tender documents, Operation & Maintenance, Renovation and Modernization / Engineering Procurement Construction, Contracts, sub-contractors’ contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) etc. in order to best serve and protect the Company’s business interests.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Law |

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of various Contract, Agreement structures, FIDIC etc. |
