Improvement Project Description :
• The Safety Circle Program aims to enhance workplace safety by fostering a culture of proactive safety awareness, collaboration, and continuous improvement among employees.
• A Safety Circle consists of around 05 members with one leader and such circles are formed in all the Departments / Sections .
• Activity of Safety Circle is reviewed in every month by Plant head.
• 5 minutes to be given to every group to present their safety activities done in that month in front of plant head and judges.
• 3 groups rewarded as 1st ,2nd and 3rd as per their presentation finalized by judges.
