NGSL executing R&M works for the 3 × 210 MW units at NTPC Vindhyachal, focusing on restoration and performance enhancement of steam turbine and associated auxiliary systems. The scope included inspection, refurbishment, and overhauling of HP, IP, and LP turbine modules. Turbine auxiliaries such as lubrication oil systems, hydraulic control oil systems, governing systems, bearings, and steam sealing arrangements were renovated to enhance operational reliability, reduce vibration levels, and restore design efficiency.
