Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
Ongoing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services for the VLCTPP 2 × 600 MW Thermal Power Plant, covering end-to-end plant operations and maintenance across BTG, CHP, AHP, and all Balance of Plant (BoP) systems. The scope includes round-the-clock plant operation, preventive and condition-based maintenance, and performance optimization to ensure high availability, operational reliability, and statutory compliance. The O&M program focuses on stable unit operation, optimized heat rate, reduced forced outages, and safe, efficient power generation in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
