Key Responsibilities
- Oversee shift and day operations of coal-based units
- Track PLF, Heat Rate, Aux. Consumption and drive improvements
- Ensure EHS and statutory compliance across operations
- Coordinate with load dispatch and grid stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional shift teams and incident response
Requirements
- 12+ years in large thermal power plant operations
- Strong understanding of boiler, turbine, generator systems
- Exposure to O&M contracts and performance improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership and safety-first mindset
