Key Responsibilities
- Monitor turbine/HRSG parameters and alarms
- Execute safe start-up and shutdown procedures
- Maintain shift logs and operational compliance
- Coordinate with maintenance during breakdowns
- Support efficiency and availability improvement actions
Requirements
- Experience in gas-based / combined cycle plants
- Working knowledge of DCS operations and trends
- Comfortable with shift rosters and SOPs
- Good coordination and reporting skills
