SURAKSHA MILAAP Home Visit Recognition Program successfully conducted to celebrate the families behind the employees who secured the top four highest scores in the Rolling Trophy. The program highlighted that workplace safety is not solely an individual effort, but a result of the encouragement and moral support provided by the family at home.

This program arranged in school to aware the students about road safety & daily safety topics with school management to format with safety questions, this competition encourages participants to answer safety-related queries as they navigate the game board.

The Digital PPE Matrix at NGSL is an innovative safety initiative designed to simplify the identification and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across various work activities. Displayed through a digital board with intuitive pictograms, the matrix enables quick visual recognition of required PPE, making it highly effective for diverse workforces. This initiative enhances safety awareness, ensures correct PPE usage based on activity-specific risks, and supports faster decision-making in critical environments.

Jet Black Personnel Dust Cleaning System is a safe, effective, and energy-efficient solution used to remove dust and debris from workers’ clothing and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in industrial environments. Unlike compressed air systems that can be hazardous, the Jet Black system uses high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) air, making it safe for direct use on the human body.

The IRRD (Intelligent Remote Racking Device) system enhances electrical safety by enabling remote operation of circuit breakers and integrating alarm mechanisms for critical conditions, minimizing human exposure to hazards and ensuring safer, more reliable power system operations.

The Safety Circle initiative promotes a proactive safety culture by engaging cross-functional teams in identifying risks, improving communication, and driving continuous safety improvements, ensuring a safer workplace with collective responsibility and a goal of zero harm.

On the occasion of World Environment Day, 5th June 2025, NGSL organized a Mass Plantation Drive as part of its commitment to environmental sustainability.
