Purpose of the Job

Accountable for developing and leading full range of O&M service business. Plan and advise operation activities at the plant and manage O&M team in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to reach set contractual quality, financial, cost and time targets.

Mission
Objectives and Responsibility:

·         Accountable for developing and leading full range of O&M service business.

·         Tracking market trends, requirements, competition and other relevant information for growing the O&M business segment.

·         Plan and advise operation activities at the plant and manage O&M team in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to reach set contractual quality, financial, cost and time targets.

·         Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement the business plan for growing the O&M portfolio and business within the region

·         Closely work with the supply chain team in selecting and developing the subcontractors to fulfill the obligations of the O&Ms contracts.

·         Ensure that the operational reliability and availability and other performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract.

·         Ensure competence development of the O&M resources and/or assigned team.

·         Arrange reports, operation plan and budget as required

·         Develop best practices for maintenance and equipment maintenance optimization

·         Develop the operation working routines and SOPs at the plant.

·         Ensure that the work is executed at plant according to company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures as well as assigned operation plan.

Job Requirements
Educational Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Knowledge and Experience:

20-25yrs experience with in-depth understanding of Thermal Power Plant operations/maintenance management procedures.   Preference for experience in comprehensive outsourced O&M through the service provider or at the plant

Competencies
Technical Skills:

Thermal Power Plant Operation & Maintenance, IBR regulations, Troubleshooting, EHS, Asset optimization

Behavioral Skills:

Leadership Skills, Good communication & interpersonal skills
