Mr. Mahesh Kendhe is a seasoned Energy professional with >28 years of rich & diverse professional experience. He is working with GE Power India Ltd., a GE Vernova group company and has previously served esteemed organizations like Thermax B&W & Reliance Industries Ltd. in various capacities.
During his professional journey, Mr. Mahesh has provided creative leadership to various function like plant O&M, EPC/Service Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Business Development, Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Innovation, Engineering R&D, Policy Advocacy etc. & delivered success to these organizations.
Mr. Mahesh is passionate about Sustainable Energy, ESG & achieving Circular economy and actively supports implementing future technologies leading to energy transition & decarbonization to address Climate Change effectively.
Mr. Mahesh is an alumnus of Management Development Institute (MDI)-Gurgaon, College of Engineering Pune (COEP) & has been professionally trained from Stanford University-USA.
He has handled NTPC’s Consultancy Business and has also led NTPC Middle East operations from Dubai as Head. Middle East, securing major consultancy projects globally. Internationally trained, he holds a one-year long program certification in Power Plant Management from Germany and certifications from BEE (Energy Management), Wharton (Strategic Leadership), IIM Lucknow (Business Strategy), KPMG (Sustainability & GRI), and the University of Virginia (Design Thinking).
As GM & Head of NTPC’s Regional Learning Institute, he drove large-scale digital learning using AR/VR and mentored over 3,000 engineers. Named L&D Leader of the Year 2025 by The Economic Times and author of the bestselling book The Peace Approach, Dr. Tripathi brings to the NGSL Board a rare blend of operational excellence, business acumen, global exposure, and people-first leadership.
During her long association with NTPC, she has worked across various functional areas of Finance in different NTPC projects including Greenfield projects and has worked with NTPC’s Subsidiary engaged in power trading, gaining extensive experience in financial management across diverse operational environments.
Ms. Dhani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a member of ICWAI.
As CFO of NGSL, she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial management and reporting, strengthening financial controls and supporting strategic decision-making for sustainable growth of the company.
She has extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory and statutory compliance, and advisory support. Her areas of expertise include SEBI and listing compliances, filings under the Companies Act and FEMA, board and committee governance, and ensuring adherence to best practices in transparency, compliance, and corporate ethics.
