  • Complete Planning and Supervision of ESP Retrofit job at site

To be posted at site and part of Site Execution Team
Direct Report to : Head Engineering
Organizational Reporting
Reporting to : Site In charge
Business Manager : Project Director
Mission
Objectives and Responsibility:
  • Timely and Safe completion of Erection Activity within Specified schedule.
Accountability
Timely Execution as per customer requirement.

Job Requirements
Educational Requirements :
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge and Experience :
  • Prior Experience in Erection of ESP 3- 5 years for Diploma and 5-6 years for Degree
Competencies
Technical Skills:
  • Familiarization with Coal fired Power Plant.
  • Through knowledge of Construction and working of ESP.
  • Expert in Erection of Steel Structures.
  • Good Knowledge of various Welding techniques along with testing
  • Basic Knowledge of Electrical Installations in ESP.
Behavioral Skills
