NGSL, a 50: 50 Joint Venture Company of NTPC Limited and GE Power System Gmbh Germany paid a dividend at the rate of 7.5% for the financial year 2016-17 on 6,000,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each equivalent to an amount of Rs.45, 00, 000/- (Rupees Forty Five Lakhs Only) on its 18th Annual General Meeting held at its Registered Office at New Delhi . Accordingly a cheque of Rs 22, 50, 000/- was paid to each of the promoters i.e., NTPC Limited and GE Power System Gmbh Germany respectively.
