Hasdeo Thermal Power Station (HTPS), Korba West Plant. It is located attown Korba, Pin-495677(Distt-Korba-CG). Power station is at a distance of 10 Kms fromKorba Railway Station, which lies on Bilaspur-Champa-GeveraRoad Section ofS.E.Railway.
Overview Of Project
• Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, supply, installation and Commissioning of Interconnection for Auxiliary Steam piping between 4X210 MW Units and 1×500 MW Unit of HTPS, Korba West.
• Installation of Interconnection for Auxiliary Steam piping between 4X210MW Units and 1×500 MW Unit of HTPS, Korba West along with control valves,Isolation valves, NRV etc with bypass arrangement for de-super heater, where steam will beextracted from Main steam line after reducing pressure & spray water will be tapped fromBFP discharge line of unit 3&4.
• Interconnection shall consist of necessary piping, insulation & cladding,support etc. The system shall be provided with electrically operated valves which can beoperated from the remote.
• Arrange all the inspections including IBR inspection and approval by Chief inspector ofBoilers ( C.G.)
• Stress analysis of interconnecting piping is to be done to identify the support location.
• Pipeline erection work for tapping from Boiler Auxiliary steam station of Unit 3 &4just after the Pressure reducing valve but before desuperheater.
• Desuperhaters erection at Boiler Auxiliary steam station of Unit 3 &4.
• Necessary Civil Foundation work, Steel support structures for interconnecting auxiliary steam line.
• RCC Open/combine foundation with pedestal up to base plate level.
