Civil and Structural works for Main Utility Substation &Silo Substation
M/s Hindustan Urvarak&Rasayan Ltd. (HURL) formed for setting up a brown field Ammonia Urea Complex along with its associated offsite & utility facilities at existing fertilizer complex of FCIL, Gorakhpur,in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
Scope of work is to construct two substations.
The scope shall consist of the followings:
Main Utility & Silo Substation
• Construct two substations,
• Substation Building
• RCC Framed Structure
• Transformer foundation
Civil Works
• Earth work concerning site grading, top soil removal, filling and/or mass excavation (if any), excavation
for foundation for Urea Bagging plant system, Floor & pits etc.
• Stripping of pile.
• Reinforced cement concrete works consisting of reinforced concrete pile cap,foundations and structures.
• Concrete trenches for piping/cables, Slab, Staircase,Concrete paving, Brick works etc.
Structural Works
Erecting and preparation offabrication drawings of structural steel works.
• Providing & Erecting Structural Members.
• Providing & Fixing grating planks for platforms.
• Providing & Fixing chequered plates.
• Providing & Fixing Hand railings etc.
• Providing & Fixing Anchor bolt.
• Providing & Fixing Rail Section.
• Self supporting roof with ventilators and lighting.
